ECWID by Lightspeed
Our online store is developed using ECWID by Lightspeed. Personal data provided to us for our services is shared with this party. ECWID by Lightspeed can access your data to provide us with technical support but will never use your data for other purposes.
ECWID by Lightspeed is obligated to take appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. They use cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software but do not collect or store personal data.
ECWID by Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its corporate group to improve services further.
Laposta
Our website uses Laposta, a third party that handles email traffic and any newsletters. All confirmation emails sent via our website are sent through ECWID by Lightspeed servers, who will never use your name or email for their own purposes.
Each automated email contains an “unsubscribe” link to stop receiving emails from us. ECWID by Lightspeed stores your data securely and uses cookies and other internet technologies to track email openings. ECWID by Lightspeed and Laposta reserve the right to use your data to improve services and share anonymized data with third parties.
Office365
We use Office365 for regular business email. Office365 has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or corruption of data. Office365 does not access our mailbox, and we handle all email communication confidentially.
Mollie
We use Mollie for processing payments. Mollie processes your name, address, city, and payment information (bank account or credit card). Mollie implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and may share anonymized data with third parties to improve services.
Mollie retains data only as long as legally allowed.
WebwinkelKeur
Reviews are collected through WebwinkelKeur. Name and email are required to post a review. WebwinkelKeur may contact you for clarification and shares your data with us to link reviews to orders. WebwinkelKeur may use third parties for service provision.
DPD
To deliver your order, we share your name, address, and city with DPD. DPD uses this information only to fulfill the order and may share it with subcontractors.
We use your data exclusively for providing our services, never for direct marketing without explicit consent. Data may be shared only for accounting or administrative purposes under confidentiality agreements.
Automatically collected data (e.g., IP address, browser, OS) are used to improve services and are not personal data.
We may be legally required to share data for government investigations but will resist as allowed by law.
We store data while you are a client, generally not longer than two years after last contact unless required by law. Invoices are stored according to legal requirements.
