Isotopes are small glass tubes containing a gas that makes them emit light. If the glass casing breaks, the isotope loses its gas and function and can then be classified as defective. We make every effort to pack and ship isotopes as safely as possible.
We strongly recommend checking the isotopes on arrival. Should it become apparent on the day of receipt that damage has occurred during transport, causing the isotope to malfunction, you should contact us immediately.
If we do not receive notification of a defect on the day of receipt, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the isotopes.
