Isotopes are small glass tubes, which contain a gas that makes them emit light. If the glass casing breaks, the isotope loses its gas and function and can then be classified as defective. We make every effort to package and ship the isotopes as safely as possible.
We strongly recommend checking the isotopes upon entry. If on the day of receipt it appears that during transport damage has occurred so that the isotope no longer functions, please contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, if we do not receive notification of a defect on the day of receipt, we cannot reimburse the isotopes.
