Isotopes are small glass tubes that contain a gas that makes them glow. If the glass casing breaks, the isotope loses its gas and its function and can then be classified as defective. We strive to pack and ship isotopes as safely as possible.
We strongly recommend that isotopes are checked on arrival. If, on the day of receipt, it appears that there has been damage in transit that causes the isotope to malfunction, you should contact us immediately.
If we do not receive a notice of defect on the day of receipt, we are unfortunately unable to refund the isotopes.
